A member of Gloucestershire police's Roads Policing Unit has described a 21-year-old woman who killed two people in a collision near Cirencester as an 'inexperienced driver' who took 'unnecessary risks'. Liberty Mitchell, of Chipping Norton, was travelling at 96 miles per hour in a 60mph zone seconds before she hit taxi driver Octavian Codreanu’s taxi on the B4425 near Aldsworth on December 2, 2022.
