This 4 mile hike to Dunstanburgh castle and Embleton bay is one of the best short hikes I’ve done, beginning in a small harbour village called Craster in Northumberland it’s easy going and can be made longer but for a nice morning out this is a beauty! You can explore the castle or just look from the outside and conitnue along to Embleton bay where you have a lovely beach with nice sand and blue waters!
