I was terrified the judges would make fun of me on national tv, but the desire to sing was so great, I had to risk it all. I had no other option at the time to be heard. Out of 17,000 auditioners in Canadian Idol Season One I placed 8th in the Top 11. This audition changed my life by showing me that dreams do come true, when preparedness meets opportunity, and when you're willing to take the big risks
